Moldy bathroom, poorly cleaned, unequipped kitchen, dirty washing machine, broken lock on the balcony door, (very narrow staircase - it was difficult to carry the luggages or the stroller into the apartement)

It’s a bit loud with the noise outside. Also, a neighbor downstairs plays loud music early in the morning. No oven to cook food with.

Tiny staircase, no lift and a bit noisy from outside specially at night. Kitchen could be better equipped eg lack of bin, very small kettle, no chopping board, no cleaning products

Slightly sparse

As you go into the hall way from the front door entrance the first thing that hits you is the paint and plaster falling from the wall. Then you have 40 stairs to climb before you reach the door to the appertment. I.think this should be clear in the brochure as there is older people like us know what confronts them before they book the apartment. I know is says the apartment is on the second floor but it does not mention the stairs. You,re brochure asks for no parties or noise after 9pm. Well noise and the party's that goes on in the street from the wine bar ten metres from your front door and the restaurants all around that goes on to 1am. on week nights and 5am on a Saturday day and Sunday an it is deferring. The flat is lovely but it is wasted by every thing else.
