“Excellent self-service accommodation in the heart of beautiful Oviedo”

Very clean Nice kitchen and common area with plenty to cook, do washing, store food in fridge, make coffee Nice touches such as free coffee and sweets Excellent location next to restaurants, shopping, historical district, party district, etc. Very sensible instructions and help from owner to get key, etc. Owner was friendly, kept in touch and was available if there were issues (there were none!) Would happily live there

To be improved

Room was fairly small If you have a car, be aware that you cannot bring it into the local streets, so need to park elsewhere. When they did their clean it appears the bed sheets were not done, which was a pity

“Nice place to stay a couple of nights”

The best

Located in the center of Oviedo. It was nice to have a balcony. Very cozy and functional space of kitchen and living room which are to be shared with other guests. Bottles of water in the fridge and coffee capsules were timely 👍

To be improved

The room is in fact smaller than on photos. There are disco club and very popular bar in the street and it was impossible to sleep during few nights, even using the plugs, because drunk people are very noisy and prefer to hang out till 4-5 a.m. Besides there was a strong cigarette smell in my room, although it is forbidden to smoke inside. I would advise to change bath towels, because they are very syntethic and do not absorbe.

“Oviedo old town fun.”

Central location just steps to all old town attractions. Nice shower and balcony. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby.

To be improved

We stayed during the San Mateo Festival, so it’s hard to say whether noise from revellers is a constant issue, even with the good double glazed windows. The on-line check in process was a pain.
