The only "but..." was the AC. It worked perfectly, but was on the living room, a bit far from the main room. You had to let it run longer to get some fresh air on that room. We were in summer, very hot outside but the flat wasn't hot because was a middle floor, so that's a plus.

We rented for 7 people and the people who slept on the living room woke up with the sun, because there were no black outs in the windows. However, its easily resolved and it would improve the amazing stay we had!

I recommend only a few minor repairs (fixing the sockets, fixing the kitchen shelfs on the wall and inside the cabinets, fixing the toilet seat.).

The door to apartment has a faulty lock, it is a nightmare getting into the apartment and then leaving it and locking up. We woke up Saturday morning and the whole apartment was flooded! Thankfully no damage was caused to our personal belongings as we never left them on the ground. We tried to contact the owner several times, took them a while to respond back to use meanwhile the water was flooding in from the boiler, if we was not awake or not in the apartment at the time then I dread to think what would happen, we then had the neighbours below knocking up as the water was now flooding down to them, we was dealing with this all by ourselves in a foreign country when we don't speak Spanish. Finally someone came to turn off the water/boiler as it 'blew' they stated it was due to be changed as it was 5 years old but they haden't bothered yet, so not only did they clearly know about this issue but they put our safety and life at risk due to negligence. Landlord then left when water was off and said they will send a cleaner and get someome to fix the boiler, we sat around for hours in the apaetment while it was our holiday until all this was sorted, absolute disgrace!
