The yearly celebration which takes place in calle Armengusl for 2 nights should perhaps be mentioned on website to give guests opportunity to decide when booking.

“Perfect stay in heart of Cadiz”

The apartment is very clean and modern slap bang in middle of the old town. The market and cathedral are a short stroll away as is the beach promenade.

To be improved

There is work being carried out in neighbouring property. Hopefully they finish soon.

The best

The flat is really central and it's difficult to find parking for the car, you have to park in the private parking and spend like 20€ minimum a day, which is not ideal. The flat is at the ground floor of a small street but it's really dark and you can't open windows and curtains as people are passing by and they can see you. The kitchen is great and the bed is really comfortable and big. I loved the common terrace at the top floor!

To be improved

I would change the sofa as it's not comfortable at all!

“Excellent stay here for 3 nights. Loved it.”

Location was perfect, close to everything. Beach at the end of the street Very nice place, comfortable beds. Use of a washer/ dryer. Was on 1 st floor so door noise not a problem. There’s a lift. Pilar responded to any questions super fast and made sure we had everything we needed.

To be improved

I’d call this a Studio not an apartment but a great place to stay none these.

Fantastic location quiet: kitchen suited our needs Great shower. Availability of washing machine very welcome. Very clean Really enjoyed our stay

Ground floor apartment with window to street although a privacy screen in place it didn’t really allow us to ventilate the house. Staff were excellent but used the window for smoking break which was unpleasant particularly as the no smoking rules are displayed everywhere There was a smell of mould in the kitchen but this dissipated with a bit of airing and only noticeable when first entering
