“Superb”
The best

This flat has an absolutely incredible view of the beach. The view of the ocean and Getaria in the distance is mesmerizing. Also, the neighbourhood is nice and calm with direct access to promenade with cafes and bars and the city centre a short stroll away. The only noise is the waves rolling in with the changing tides.

To be improved

The flat could need some renovation - the TV has a broken loadspeaker, the basin in the small bedroom is leaky and the place could need a coat of paint.
