“clean and practical place to stay”
The best

The premises were clean and cozy, and it was in a nice location (not immediately in the center, but was 5-30 minutes by foot to wherever we wanted to go). There was a key to the main door, but a code used to get into the apartment itself (which was neat).

To be improved

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like. The apartment served its purpose and the owner was very quick to respond when we had any questions (i.e. when we had issues figuring out the door code).
