The location is great, the appartment was comfortable and clean. The pool is quite nice although it closes a little early. Easy to park in the street around the area. Nice terrace.

Would be nice to not have basic stuff missing for a 1 week stay: there was no sponge to clean cookware and only 1 trash bag + 1 roll of toilet paper which is not enough for 2 people during a 7 day stay.

“FANTASTIC !!!!”

The apartment had plenty of space, excellent view, and accommodating for all needs.. plenty of cooking utensils. English channels on tv along with the usual you get when abroad. Balcony had excellent views and was not disturbing by traffic below.. beds were comfy best ones yet.

There was nothing we didn't like. When you sit watching the sun go down with a glass of wine on the balcony and start discussing that you would definitely stay here again FANTASTIC.

“A large, well-situated apartment with a fantastic selection of pools.”

The best

The pools are incredible - between them, lots of space and a variety of depths. The location is great, with a SuperDino just around the corner, lots of on-street parking and easy links to both the beach-front and the main roads to get to Siam Park, airport, etc. Lots of space within the apartment and the balcony. The extendable sun-screens of the balcony are a great option, as in other properties in the South of Tenerife, balconies can get so hot that they're practically unusable. An all-round, fantastic property with regular updates from the management company beforehand, making it a very smooth experience. The fan was also perhaps the most powerful fan I've ever experienced.

To be improved

They shouldn't be seen as negative points, but if the apartment was to be made even better then I would suggest upgrading the shower to be a walk-in shower rather than a bath/shower. The towels could have been a bit softer and a bit more absorbent.
