Great location nice apartment and outside area

To be improved

Response from management, TV didn't work notified on first day zero response. On last day problem with outside entry could not enter if my wife hadn't been inside apartment I would have been stuck outside. Multiple attempts made to contact management, finally after 5 hrs we were contacted. Problem with outside entry code not working we received a key to be able to get into apartment complex. Finally able to leave around 2pm.

To be improved

The air conditioning system needs cleaning. After 1-2 hours of use it sends an awful smell of mold/sewage and it needs to be shut off. We had temperatures of about 35 degrees so we always had to choose between extreme heat or awful smell. Not confortable at all There are restaurants around de building. We faced the back yard where there was a very nice restaurant- but expect noise until 1.30 am Kitchen could have been better equipped, but not an issue overall.

My family had a good time

To be improved

The first day my mum fell down the step with her luggage, to the kitchen. When i arrived. I could see perfectly how she did that. The step isn't very clear. Later that night, my father, he did the same, he fell and split his nose. Can you please 🙏 put a white/ caution tape on the step that leads to the kitchen? Did the property meet my expectations? Me nor my family are horrible people. So please organise the property so people don't have the same experience of my 76 year old parents hurting themselves.
