Mold in one of the bedrooms and bathroom , one of us is really ill because of this mold , we have contacted them and they told us we would have a partial refund and now have deleted the messages and not replying to any of my messages, ridiculous behaviour.

The apartment is in an excellent part of the city, with major attractions within walking distance. A big advantage is the two bedrooms and a separate living room – there were five of us, and we had plenty of space.

To be improved

Kitchen is very poorly equipped, lacking even basic supplies like sugar or oil, which is especially inconvenient when traveling with a child. The bathroom had no hand soap, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, one of the rooms has visible mold on the walls and inside the built-in wardrobe. In addition to the stale odor, this could pose health issues for those with respiratory conditions. This issue urgently needs to be addressed!
