Everything was great

To be improved

They have a deposit policy and don't tell you about it until two days before arrival and tell you if you don't do it your reservation will be canceled, as an international visitor it is impossible to make that in a local bank

“Fabulous place to stay in Santander”
The best

It was spotless, the staff were absolutely wonderful, it was all so fabulous

To be improved

We have a large car and so we found the allocated car parking space was very hard to get in and out of and took much manoeuvring. This however would not be a problem for a normal sized car.
