San Sebastian Escape!

Bed in the master bedroom (Room #1) was very old , uncomfortable and noisy ( squeaky). Most appliances were almost antique compared to North American standards . Insufficient kitchen utensils and supplies. No napkins or paper rolls anywhere in the unit but plenty of toilet paper in the bathroom. No time clocks anywhere. A small safe for storing valuables would be a nice addition. Nice balcony but no street view due to the mature ( and beautiful) trees obstructing the view from the unit 2D on the second floor. Bathroom was OK but needs few upgrades as well.Nightly waste collection was disruptive when big garbage and recycling bins right in front of the unit were picked up by the city. Occasional noise at night from occupants of the apartment. Last but not least the deposit collected in advance has not been credited back to our account as of today.

- link did not work to access the building via remote access - staff advised to call other inhabitants of the building and ask them to open the main door - some of the facilities needed maintenance (fridge was full of ice, electrical wires were hanging out of the socket, iron for clothes was coming apart) - I notified the staff and they said they will send somebody to do maintenance - hope the next guest will not have these issues - sound proofing was poor - we could hear the neighbors above making a lot of noise - presumably a kid playing on the floor with his toys; also we could hear 2 neighbors discussing or having a fight (they were yelling) in the interior patio of the building
