There was a constant smell of sewage in the apartment from the bathrooms. The smell was also in the main entrance of the building. The seating ( sofa and arm chair) were uncomfortable, worn and too hard. Also the kitchen ware was poor. Not enough breakfast bowls and plates.

“Lack of hot water”

Very modern decor and included everything as advertised. However, on arrival, there was a overwhelming smell of sewerage in the building entrance & to a lesser extent in the apartment. The sewerage smell lessened in the apartment as we used the water, showers, dishwasher etc. However, the entrance to the building always had a strong smell of sewerage. The boiler did not seem to cope with more than 2 showers & there were 4 of us. So, on a few occasions, 2 of our party had cold showers. When I messaged the owner, someone arrived within half an hour. She drained the system, but we could not wait for her to return as it was my son's wedding day & we had a taxi booked & could not be late. It seemed to have worked, but again, 2 days later it happened again on the day we were leaving only 2 of us could have a hot shower. I did let the owner know & received an apology, but hot water is a basic requirement & it was pretty bad for the mother of the groom to have to shower & wash her hair in a cold shower on the morning of the wedding. .

The apartment was nice. The location was great. It was a spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

To be improved

The living room sofa was very small and uncomfortable. Without carpets, the floors got dirty quickly, so slippers would have helped. Also, the first-floor bathroom didn’t have enough warm water, and the shower wasn’t fully enclosed, leaving the rest of the bathroom wet after use. Not a big problem because there was another bathroom in the second floor that was better

“Excellent value for money”

The best

Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds. Responsive and friendly host. Smart tv with Netflix, Prime etc Air conditioning and heating units in all rooms. Easy check in and out.

To be improved

Lingering smell of sewage in bathrooms. No patio furniture as seen in photos. Small seating area for 5 people. Could do with more crockery, utensils etc
