San Vicente Ferrer, dúplex para dos en Malasaña

The roof is a problem in some parts of the apartment. Especially on the bathroom where u need to bend over to use the sink. We didn’t had this perception when looking at the pictures.

The main living room rug was very dirty. The living room couch was also dirty and not very supportive. The heater did not work, the remote control to the heater was not working. The staircase is not safe, there is one step that slopes downward.

Check in and check out process, although It was self check in, you have to get the key from another location, which was nearby, but not convenient for travelers who after a long trip they just want to relax and get settled. The apartment does not have an ergonomic design, stairs for not having handrails are not a safe area to circulate at night and on the second floor you have a bedroom without bathroom on the second floor which can be dangerous at night in case you want to go to the bathroom which is located on the first level. Ceilings are low so to grab stuff and amenities around you have to bend at the bathroom and living room. Very uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the first floor in the sofa bed.

The stairs/access to the bedroom didn’t feel safe, especially coming down or whilst carrying anything - definitely needs a handrail fitting!

It would be easier if a safe lock with the keys were located two feet higher :)
