When we booked this apartment, we could never have imagined the experience that awaited us. Although the house is beautiful, it is absolutely infested with giant American cockroaches. The situation is so severe that, during the night and early morning, you can hear them loudly moving around inside the false ceiling of the main bathroom and the largest bedroom. These cockroaches are not only audible — they also fall or find their way in through the ventilation system, invading the interior of the house. They are enormous — around 5 cm or more, as shown in the attached photos. The constant presence of these pests completely ruined our stay. We still have nightmares about the sound of cockroaches crawling above us, and the countless attempts to chase and kill them inside the property. It is deeply unfortunate that a house with so much potential was made available to guests in such a state! The house is truly beautiful! Faced with an unlivable situation, we were forced to check out three nights earlier than planned, and had to demand a refund. Fortunately, we were eventually fully reimbursed (100%) for the amount paid for the accommodation. This experience was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable, and it severely affected our holiday in Seville. The night after checking out, we even developed skin allergic reactions — small bumps that caused intense itching —, most likely due to prolonged exposure to the American cockroaches.

Very little to dislike. Despite its location in the middle of the old town the apartment had lots of light and some charming views out from its upper floor location. Our party of three over 70s had little problems climbing the stairs.

The knives were dull and there was no cutting board that we could find.

Lack of elevator- no response from greeter despite call/text and email regarding a possible problem with the unit

I would be surprised if anyone found anything to fault this apartment!!
