The staff were very helpful and friendly.

To be improved

The pool area was dirty and littered with cups, straws, and tissues . The poolside music was far too loud. We prepaid for a special surprise gift package, which wasn't as we ordered.

We liked the fact that there was plenty of room in all of the main areas of the resort for guests. In all the restaurants and bars there was plenty of choice to suit every diet.

To be improved

Didn't like the pool temperature, noticed that a lot of the guests attempting to enter it would complain that it was too cold!

Generally a good hotel. The housekeeping did a great job. My room was constantly kept clean

To be improved

Staff in dining were often unhelpful with cleaning my baby feeding bowl. Asked me to clean it in the toilet which I think is poor. Baby pool was cold. Pool area was often dirty with spilled drinks. Bar staff at pool bar weren’t very friendly.
