“A very comfortable apartment”
The best

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom shower was very good, one of these large headed type with plenty of pressure and ample hot water. The hostess was very helpful and thorough.

“Very disappointing stay”
The best

The location right in the center but without the noise and the regulation of the temperatures inside was good.

It was not clean, we asked them to come remove a dead salamander which they did but they didn’t clean the bathroom floor which was also not clean. Same for the dishes, it looked like they had not been washed prior to our arrival after the last guests, some cups were still stained of coffee and smelled bad. For a family of 4, the hot water was quickly coming to lack… Furthermore, the kitchen items is not well furnished. It was a very disappointing stay compared to last year, when we came, it looks like they don’t maintain apartments to the initial standards which is a shame because last year was good. Also there is not enough space to hang things or organize clothes in the bedroom.

The best

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean. The terrace was very good. There is a washing machine down in the reception area for guests.

To be improved

The apartment lacks overall upkeep. the wifi was poor, and the remote control was not operating well. The elevator was not working. The shower had plenty of hot water, but the shower attachment was leaking badly. We only had one bowl and one cup for tea. Absolutely no everyday essentials. We left all our daily essentials for the next guests. Our room was not ready for us at an agreed time when we arrived.We were asked to come back in an hour.
