The villa was clean and presentable.

The house itself is beautiful and has potential, but unfortunately it was not equipped as expected for a holiday rental. The kettle wasn’t working, there were no dishcloths or sponges, and basic cooking and cleaning utensils were missing. This made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

The location is great, good bedding, clean, well equipped.

The house is located centrally in Cala D'Or. Cala Gran and Cala Petita can be reached by foot in about 5-10 minutes. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bus stops and ATMs are conveniently reachable. If you arrive by car, the house has an own garage directly attached to the kitchen. The landlord provides parasols, a few beach mats and even sand toys for the little ones. Kitchen has everything you need and even starter basics like a bit of salt&pepper, coffee filters etc are provided. Washing machine, cloth line and water fosset all at the back of the house make beach day aftermath a breeze. Front veranda is comfy and has morning sun/afternoon shade. This beautiful house was made and is stacked for family holidays!

The property manager was easy to reach through WhatsApp and was responsive. He helped when needed, making our check-in and check-out very smooth, allowing us to check-in at 13:00 instead of 16:00. The house was clean and supplied with everything for a comfortable stay for 6 people during 1 week - from dishes in the kitchen to a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a garage for 1 car in the house where we also found a beach umbrella and chair, which was very useful. The location of the house is perfect - about a 10-minute walk to Cala Gran and Cala Petita beaches and also within walking distance to big Eroski supermarket. Needless to say, you shouldn't stay in the same location all the time but should take a car and drive around dozens of amazing bays, such as Cala Mondrago, Cala Llombards, and others.
