The problem is that we were told that there was going to be no water for 2 days 2 weeks before arrival, as we couldn't find any where else we wanted to stay in such a short time, it was a 70 birthday celebration. On the third day of no water, the representative arrived with water and said to apologise we will give you 340 euros to ease our suffering. Now they are saying that they have received no money from you and I have to find out exactly when the water came back on to receive compensation, disgusting.
