“Disappointing, not worth the hassle”

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was genuinely disappointing. The communication from staff was shockingly poor from the outset. We were left waiting over two hours for our room to be ready with no clear updates or explanation, which made the start of our trip unnecessarily stressful. The attitude from staff throughout was incredibly laid back, almost to the point of not caring at all. There was no sense of urgency, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. My final messages and follow-up questions were completely ignored, which only added to the frustration. This was unacceptable. It felt like customer service was not a priority at all, and this lack of care really affected the overall experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a place that values its guests and communicates properly. Very disappointing.

“Nice apartment walking distance from everything”

The best

Very cosy and pretty decorated apartment, very clean with everything we needed. The only thing was that it smelled of humidity even if we had the dehumidifier on.

We realy enjoy the place.relative easy to reach the historical center .The place it is cozy,very clean.The kitchen has good quality staff ,elegant glases for wine,water ,mugs and cofee cups.Good internet.We found salt,paper olives oil cofee sugar.Easy to comunicate with the owner, they answer imediatly.
