“Breakfast was excellent, and also the service. The design was fresh - and the location excellent · Cons: The bed was extremely hard - I needed 2 painkillers every night. The pillows looked cool, but were really uncomfortable. Our room had a glasswindow into the bathroom (shower) - thus we could not keep the lights in the bathroom on during the night (impractial if you need to go during the night).”

“Great location with lovely roof terrace”

The location was fab and the roof terrace was lovely The staff were fantastic and very accommodating The rooms are really big which I love

To be improved

Parking is quite expensive Air con could have been a little stronger A room to get showered and changed for a late flight would be good as check out is 11am which is quite early in my opinion

“Great location for Palma Old Town”

Good location, spacious room

To be improved

No iron or ironing board which we requested and was delivered promptly. It was £200 for the night without breakfast which seemed a bit expensive for what it is.
