The best

First of all, the host, Merecedes was waiting for us and gave us the keys and guidance about flat and parking. Thanks for that! The flat is one bedroom apart, very clean and equipped with all necessary facilities for a long stay. The location it is close to pedestrian area and close to restaurants markets and Rambla walk. Wi-Fi is working very well and you have Netflix, YouTube and all broadcast connections on a big TV into leaving room. The parking slot is into underground...a little bit tiny, suitable for a small car but also can accommodate a bigger one. We had a Peugeot 2008 and is at the limits. Teresita beach at 15 minutes driving from apartment and also at 12 minutes by walk from Mercado Ntra. Señora de Africa which is a must see.

Depends on the traffic near apartment, some times could be little bit noisy...but is not disturbing that much.

The apartment is very complete and clean. The extra information about restaurants, books and others is highly appreciated. Everything was very good.

To be improved

It's not very close to the main tourist attractions nor the bus station, but it's around 15-20 minutes from everything. Not an issue for me, to be said, but for some people it's important.
