Perfect localization, the apartment is comfortable, clean, big, and nicely decorated.

This spacious, clean and well-decorated apartment in a quiet backstreet in the old town is an ideal place to stay in Seville. The bedroom is comfortable, the sitting room relaxing and the kitchen has everything you could need on a short stay. From the moment of booking to our departure, host Manuel was a helpful and gracious source of local knowledge, connections and tips - from providing details of two walking tours to help explore the city, to lists of restaurants, bars and flamenco shows to ensure we got the most from our stay in his city. He's put a lot of care and effort into his property and it shows. We highly recommend this apartment - we wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere if we return to Seville.

Great location, amazing apartment, well equipped, you can definitely feel like a local :) You can even see a (very small) part of Giralda from the kitchen window if you look at the correct angle, but the cypress tree is covering 95% of it. Anyway, it's a nice addition that's not even mentioned in the description of the apartment.

The photos do not do it justice. The property has a charm about it. It was like entering an oasis of cool and calm in a lovely old building. Bed was comfy, could block out all of the light with window shutters and the air con in both bedroom and lounge was fantastic.

Very convenient location in the old town on a very quiet street. Comfortable apartment, clean and well-kept. Fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to make a coffee or tea. Nice bathroom products and there was even detergent to wash our clothes. Very comfortable bed.
