“Cons: They don’t have an elevator and haven’t even mentioned it during check in process! Seriously? At least I could pay my driver extra to help me with the luggage, but no, I had to carry 30 kg bag all the way up and then the stroller with my daughter! It’s not even safe. It was very dangerous situation!!! Not kids friendly hotel or with people with disabilities. You should avoid it!”

To be improved

The listing states the property has air conditioning, however this isn’t correct. It has an air vent that does absolutely nothing. For a top floor roof apartment, it had very small windows and no fan. Unacceptable for the price of over £200 a night. The heat was unbearable, we only stayed in the room for a total of 5 hours because it was so uncomfortable.

The best

Unbeatable location, only 2 mins away from the Plaza Mayor, near a supermarket and cafes. Clean, with all the items needed like sugar, oil, salt, and coffee. Perfect for 2 adults, a little tight for 4, but no issue as it was a short stay

The best

We had a very poor experience as opening the door from the street there are steep long and narrow stairs even to the first floor. We decided not to carry all of our luggage to the fourth floor but instead booked another apartment with lift.

To be improved

If you travel with any suitcases, do not book these apartments!
