“really nice place to stop very near all the attractions”

the room was very clean and had everything we needed the staff were very helpful but no food option at the hotel theres no parking for cars at the hotel but we were on motorcycles and ther was a bike parking area opposite

The walls are too thin. You can hear almost every sound from the adjoining room. It was OK for one night of fiesta, but if you stayed longer, I think it would become annoying.

The best

The location was just outside the old town very close to the market, and only 15 mins walk to the cathedral. I choose this as I wanted somewhere relatively quiet. The room was modern, clean and looked recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

To be improved

I asked for a quiet room and was pleased that my room was not facing the busy room, however I was woken up several times by other people in the adjourning rooms. There is no soundproofing and you can hear everything, which was unfortunate as I am a very light sleeper. There was also a bright flashing light above the bed that was very distracting, and little touches like not having a hand towel rail, or a glass for water, or complimentary water would have been nice. Also, there was no information about the city, so a map or information about where to go would have been good too.
