Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need. The beach and the city center are close. We always found a parking place quite close. Manuel was very nice and helpful.

“The landlord has to pay attention to what is impotent for the people renting the appartment.”

The best

Besides from that the apartment is nicely renovated with a well-equipped kitchen from IKEA. The bigger bathroom is a bit dated but functional. The smaller one has to be made for kids or very small people. The location is ok, not really close to anything but everything you need is inside walking distance. When the construction across the street from the balcony and two of the bedrooms is finalized I think this is a perfect apartment for a family with up to five children.

To be improved

First a warning – there might be things mentioned in the specification of the apartment that doesn’t exist and the landlord doesn’t bother.
