“Highly recommend. We wanted to stay longer but no availability.”
Location was close to restaurants, shopping and parks.
“A good location on A Coruna's old town peninsular - beaches on one side, promenade on the other”
The apartment was newly decorated, spacious, functional, comfortable. Everything was tastefully white or neutral.
We made a mistake with the apartment we chose. We thought it would have a roof terrace / balcony going by the picture on our Booking.com booking summary. Apparently the two-bed apartments don't have a balcony and as it turned out there was no view at all. Our apartment had natural light from three sides but all windows looked into internal wells. Everyday necessities were sparsely or not provided at all eg. small bottle washing up liquid, clothes wash capsules. We were dependent on finding a supermarket but found we'd arrived on a holiday Saturday (which would have been helpful to know about) and Sundays most supermarkets are closed. Luckily we found a parking spot in the adjacent street. It would have been difficult to unload luggage if we'd been forced to use commercial parking 10 mins walk away. We felt 5pm check-in was unnecessarily late so paid E20 to check-in from 2pm. We stayed in 10 hotels / apartments in Spain and Portugal. Most check-in times were 2pm - 3pm.
“Great place”
Very nice modern appartment on a great location. A short walk from the beach and all the tapas restaurants.
“Great location. · Cons: The pictures showed a terrace but we didn't get any, so be aware of this. The flat faces an alley and can be very loud at night. It would be good to have basic kitchen stuff like oil and salt (more than one tiny sachet). Same for washing tablets. If staying 5 days you would expect more than 2”
