“Comfort & style in a medieval village!”
The best

This fabulous small hotel is located in the centre of a medieval village surrounded by the vineyards of La Rioja. We found it easily on satnav and the parking was nearby and free although they do have some pay onsite parking if you prefer. Friendly and helpful welcome. Our room was contemporary and very comfortable with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. This hotel maybe ‘boutique’ but doesn’t lack for facilities. Be sure to dine in their restaurant, we had a delicious dinner both nights of our stay. Not forgetting the great negronis in the comfortable lounge beforehand. Breakfast is special. Served by charming staff - do not miss it! Be sure to explore the lovely square and church just 2 minutes walk away. Highly recommend this delightful and unique hotel.

“A very special hotel in Spain!”
The best

If we can stay here everytime in La Rioja, we would! This is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed here 2 times now and love the design of the hotel, location, rooms and so much more! Rooms were very clean. I love the staff and they are so kind and accommodating. This hotel is very special and would highly recommend to others when you visit wine country.

“Perfect Stay in Every Way”
The best

When researching the Rioja region, I discovered this gem in Briones. The hotel shared valuable information about the best wineries in the region, ensured that we had reservations at their amazing Michelin starred restaurant, and were accommodating in every way possible. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. If we visit the Rioja region again, we will be staying at this hotel again!

“Absolutely a magic place to stay!”
The best

We are very travelled and this boutique luxury hotel ticks every box. It oozes with charm, luxury, understatement, and comfort. The design is magic, rooms are super cosy and comfortable and the restaurant served up a great breakfast and amazing dinner. Small details have been thought about. Location is perfect to explore the Rioja region. Do not look to stay at any other luxury hotel in Rioja..this is the one!

“Outstanding - worth the detour”
The best

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. Its in a hilltop historic town, just off the centre. Having had a beautiful renovation, it is clear that there is great pride by all the staff in the hotel. I had a penthouse room with a great view of the area. Breakfast and Dinner was top class. Dinner in particular is worth the visit alone. Call out to the excellent locally produced olive oil, which I was delighted to purchase at check out. Overall a very special stay.
