The apartment was superb, cannot beat the location and feelfree were very helpful and gave us loads of iinformation about tours and activities, really excellent

To be improved

getting into the apartment was a little clunky, thje instructions didnot work and had to phone the office. Was sorted really quickly, but had it been after hours..... One thing I would recommed to them that the welcome pack should not just include cleaning provisions but also some base provisions given the cost of the apartment i.e. Olive oil, salt, pepper and some herbs would have been very welcome

“Superb”

Apartment is clean and tidy, and very well equipped for a short or even long stay. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Location was perfect, in the Old Town at the base of the hill, 5-10min walk to La Concha, and 10min walk to Gros.

To be improved

Entry into the building using the Danalock app was very confusing, not clear where to scan for the lock. Luckily the host was very responsive and able to assist with opening the door immediately. Not sure if the extraction in the bathroom is operational, however, not a big issue.

The room was very clean, spacious, facilitated with everything you need. The location is very central, next to the beach and in the old city where everything is.

To be improved

You should know that it gets loud at night 'till very late so if that something that bothers you, be aware. The water presure in the shower was low.

“Please beware of roadworks outside entrance!”

Apartment was excellent but there was extensive digging immediately outside with a deep trench dug into the path in front of the entrance (including the doorway) which we had to step over with our luggage. Very dangerous esp for kids. We had to walk over covered trench each day of our stay. We had called to Feel Free office on our way and were not warned, making it harder to find our entrance as it looked like a building site. I find it hard to believe that they were not aware of the works.

no idea what floor the apartment was on and didn’t realise there were light switches in the hallway on arrival so a bit confusing! heating didn’t really adjust very well so very warm when we arrived for a day or so. When the kettle was plugged in all the electricity went off so had to find the fuse box. Nothing at all in the apartment for cleaning - like a cloth etc.
