To be improved

When we arrived several things needed attention: mouldy tiles on both terraces, unclean windows, plant boxes overgrown with weeds. The mould and weed was taken care of after our complaints, five days after our arrival. More equipment needed in kitchen, f.i. ovendishes. There were only two loungers. Lower terrace sunshade difficult to use. As the appartment is apparently “self-catering” you are only entitled to one set of linen for our 1 month stay (charge €100). No cleaning during the whole month stay, although we had to pay €120 for cleaning. The description mentions a lift. There is NO lift, but approx 35 steps staircase. Mentioned on the website: “Someone will meet you on location”. This was not the case; we asked the agent to come along after we had arrived, but this was refused. Building works were going on across the street, noise started at 8 o’clock in the morning.
