“Not luxurious”
The best

The price was cheap and the apartment is located close to both the sea and opportunities to shop groceries.

To be improved

This apartment has seen better days. Everything is worn, if not completely broken. The paneldoors that cover the walls never close properly. The cabinets dont open properly. Dishes were dirty and so was the fridge. The AC is utterly non-understandable (no instructions given). The WhatsApp-bot spams you with useless and useful information interleaved, meaning stuff easily gets lost. The water pressure is terrible, to the point of being non functional. At one point, water just stopped coming out of the shower. Both showers also leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Everything in the apartment is form over function. All expenses have been spared; though things appear nice at first glance, it is all cheap stuff. This is not luxury, and looking at the price again, maybe we should have expected that...

The best

The location of this property is perfect. It is close to our favorite beach and near our relatives. There is an Aldi downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. It’s close to the old city with all of its attractions and shops. The apartment is very comfortable and has ample storage. The couch is large and comfortable. There is plenty of light. The code to get in is very easy to use. The washing machine is easy to use. There is a dishwasher and the AC works very well. Having 2 bathrooms made it especially comfortable for our family. The TV has many channels.

To be improved

The kitchen cabinets are difficult to close. The fridge behind the closet door is a bit awkward. There is a bad smell and a leak in the main bathroom. Finally, the app to get in is convenient but did not always load quickly.
