“Great stay in Cullera!”

The best

The location is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay in Cullera! A few steps from the amazing beach. Many restaurants and facilities in the warmer months but not in December. The lounge was light and bright, with fabulous views, two very large sofas and streaming Netflix, on the reasonably sized flat screen TV. The kitchen was nice, with good facilities and the showers worked well. There were some beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a washing machine which were useful.

To be improved

We had a problem finding the property, as the address given was incorrect. The lounge was nice but there was no screening at the main window (needs curtains or blinds), so no privacy. In the summer months the heat would be unbearable. There's no aircon or heating in the property. It was very windy when we were there and the apartment was cold in the mornings and evenings. I asked about heaters but none were provided (we live in Spain, so know how cold it can be in the winter). A lot of the apartment needs refurbishing, as it's very dated. The double bed was comfortable, with good linen but it was a bit small by current standards and it was short for my husband, who is 6ft tall. We didn't use the other beds, so can't comment on those. There was no information given about how to use things and where to go (1 restaurant was suggested by the very nice lady who let us in). A welcome pack and instruction book would be helpful.
