Very very old and broken facilities and furnitures. There was a food smell in the apartment and it really wasn’t the cleanest. The duvets were stained and with hair, the walls and ceiling were stained. There was not enough in the kitchen to do anything, no bowls. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, only a sheet provided so we were cold at night. Not at all the pictures advertised. The place is in the middle of a restricted zone in Bilbao, you need authorisation to enter, and the staff were unhelpful when asked about it. Lift next to our apartment very noisy, no view and we windows broken so we couldn’t open them. Photo of the shower attached.

Little bit outdated, quite noisy. The hotel/apartment was in a living block and some apartment owners made a lot of noise (also barking dogs, etc).

i liked the property

The windows do not open. There is a washing machine, but no clothes dryer. It’s unclear how to dry the laundry It would be nice to have salt, sugar, and olive oil available. Since these are apartments, it would be great if the olive oil was provided in small single-serve packets (sachets), like those often left in apartments or hotels

Some of the dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean, no wine opener, and problem with their check in software because the information I put in wasn’t transferred to them and I had to pay and extra $50 upon check in.
