Very nice apartment, really handy having supermarket outside the gate. Pool was lovely.

Flat is equipped with kitchen, washing machines. 2 separate rooms and 2 WC with parking place. Nice place for family with kids, close to Playa de Santiago.

Was very well run other than we found it hard to get into the apartment and didn’t know where to get the keys from so some random person let us in then we went upstairs and our keys for the entrance was in the apartment so that bit could be more organised

The location of the property was perfect - Puerto Santiago is walking distance to Los Gigantes. The town was busy during the day, quiet at night, lovely views. Just a great place to be situated. I could drive south to other areas in 30-40 minutes and a trip into Mount Tiede was less than that depending on where you were going. Some days I just walked to the markets (it was good exercise and justified the meal calories). The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The washer in the kitchen and drying rack on the balcony came in very handy for a 2 week stay. All of the cooking utensils, pot and pans, appliances were plentiful and in good condition. I actually cooked more than I ate out - it was a great opportunity to experience all of the fresh and high quality market produce and meats! Above everything else - the service and attentiveness of the booking company was excellent. I only needed a little help in day one figuring out the front door lock - but they were so helpful (and really it was just me figuring out the direction to turn the knob after entering the code). I may also have been a bit jet lagged from a 12+ hour travel day. Underground car parking was excellent as at night street parking was hard to come by after a certain hour. Overall - it was an excellent stay, great accommodations and I would not hesitate to return to this location!
