The best

The location is excellent. It is in the center, but still not noisy. The apartment is renovated and everything is new. The owner is nice, responsive and helpful.

To be improved

We like everything about the apartment itself The neigubours from the upper floor were renovating. Although most of the days it was bearable, there were few days when it was too much. Although it is not directly related to this nice apartment and its owner, I think it should be communicated with the guests when the appartment is booked.

“A central apartment with bad service and many stairs”
The best

The location, the new kitchen and bathrooms, the big main bedroom.

To be improved

We hated the stairs which were very tiring to carry the luggage up and down. The flat owner was not there when we arrived and sent her friends to open, who, if we hadn't asked to help us, they would have left right away. Moreover the small bathroom smelt very badly and the noises of the neighbours could be heard as if in the room. One of the three towels given was wet on the hanger and had stains. Finally, when we asked for an extra towel she told us to wash it in the washing machine upstairs
