“Beachfront, breakfast staff in the morning of July 18th, receptionist and luggage guy from that same morning · Cons: The receptionist who, firstly mixed up the rooms, then got the number of keycards wrong and then started blaming us, THE CLIENT that we already lost a card. Same for the luggage guy who blamed my wife that she already lost a card? Seriously, Hyatt needs to make sure to better train their stuff. These where the people who worked there in the evening around 8PM on July 17th”
