First apartment was dirty, damaged and unlivable - toilet not attached to the floor ( the apartment with terrace ). We were then moved to another room that was newly refurbished and had air con. Good room but still had faults. After our stay our damage deposit was kept and when booking.com tried to contact them regarding this, they couldn't speak due to language barrier. When I've messaged them myself I've not had any joy.
