“The area was good and staff were friendly. · Cons: The room smelled awful, liked a blocked drain, it was so bad I checked out after 2 days. They also charged per tea bag in the room. The fridge didn't work. Room very outdated, bugs including ants were there. Bed very uncomfortable with itchy blanket. The air conditioning overhead was more like a cool vent that could only reach one area below so the rest of the room was warm.”

Location and general services. Idea for relaxing and not thinking about anything.

To be improved

Smeel of kitchen / food in the corridors and in the room and outside noise of air conditioning/ ventilation. Really disappointed about the price of water in the restaurant (it’s a basic need it cannot cost more than the beer). Noise of the staff handling cutlery in the middle of the restaurant.

From the incredible location of the hotel that allowed me to watch the sunrise every morning by the beach, to the amazing staff: friendly, caring and so generous with their smiles and tips. “Awful. I left after one day”

To be improved

Cigarette stumps and stale smoke smell in the communal areas. As a solo female traveller I was allocated a seat with a group of men. Dining area in basement with no windows. Water features with no water. Staff coughing into food and not washing their hands. Broken door lock
