“Close enough to the beach and a well-equipped apartment”

It has everything you need in an apartment. I was especially happy to see a bidet! If I’m being picky I would have also liked to see a drying rack for clothes.

To be improved

The apartment needs a couple of repairs. The kitchen sink is clogged — it takes a long time for standing water to drain, and whatever’s blocking it tends to float up when the dishwasher runs. The toilet flush button is also loose and needs tightening.

The location is good, The balcony of the apartment is very nice, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, its a quiet area near The Beach.

To be improved

The Smell of the house is so bad that it's not suitable to be in.. it doesn't matter how clean the apartment is, with the smell of sewer nothing feels clean. It seems like no one has taken care of the apartment for a long time as some lights were not working, the microwave is not working , the air conditioning in the living room with no remote control so you need to climb on a chair to turn it on and off We were there in February at 10 degrees at night and there were only 2 thin TV blankets to use for sleep. When we asked for a bigger and warmer blanket they said that we should use the AC to get warm but if it will be cold they will bring a day after a blanket. The day after we had to ask twice until we got the blanket.

“Cosy apartment in great location.”

The best

The location was excellent. The apartment was tastefully furnished and close to the beach, cafés, shops and restaurants. Teresa and Mariano were quick to reply to messages and very helpful. Instructions to get into the property were clear and easy to follow.

To be improved

The one downside was the "Spanish drain" odour - quite unpleasant at times - especially when arriving back when windows etc have been closed. I'm not sure how the smell could be neutralised but I think this needs attention.
