It was in a nice area

Bedroom - the road noise was atrocious, there’s 3 dual carriageway outside the property, there’s no shutters (albeit the other flats had shutters) No Curtains (apart from net curtains), so the bedroom was ‘light’ not so good when you’re trying to ‘sleep’ The shower tray was leaking, there’s no shower mat was continuously damp The neighbours have a dog, it was barking periodically during the night !
