“Nice apartment shame about the pool”

The Apartment itself was lovely. Clean and has most things you need for your holiday. Walking distance to supermarkets.. 10/15 mins to town. We were happy with walking to keep us fit. Bus close by if you don't want to walk.

To be improved

We were very disappointed to arrive to find out the pool was closed. We only rented this apartment for the pool. Turns out the pool has not been open at all this year and there are no plans for the pool to be fixed and opened. The apartment is being advertised with a pool yet there isn't a pool as it's closed. Before we made payment we were not told the pool was closed Had we been told I would have cancelled and rebooked somewhere else in the town. We had 2 children who wanted the pool. When we arrived and I said to the owner that we had booked for the pool he changed the subject.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and a perfect base for exploring the local area and also visiting some friends. The bathroom facilities were superb.

I found the accommodation very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped and looked exactly like in the photos provided. The beach is stunning in Guardamar!

To be improved

There might be a problem with hot water if more people need to take a shower.
