Sea Front Beach Studio Apartment

However, the apartment itself was a bit of a disappointment and both, my partner and I, couldn't understand the excellent 9.3 rating. While it is nicely decorated, has beautiful ocean views from the balcony, and a comfortable bed, there were a few things we didn't expect, and why we would not book this apartment again, nor would we have booked it in the first place if we had known this: - as it is a studio you have the kitchen in the same room as your bed, and if you're a light sleeper, let me warn you, the fridge is really, really loud at night, as every 15mins or so it turns on to cool for a couple of mins (the entire night) - we had ants in the bed twice - the price of our stay is, compared to other apartments in the building (where I've stayed before) or apartments nearby, too expensive. Last time I stayed here, I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was double the size (with better ocean views and similar proximity to the beach) - for the same price! Additionally, this was not a problem for us, but maybe good to know beforehand: - there is no supply of toilet paper, shower gels etc. in the apartment - if you don't have a car: you don't get the keys at the location, and you also don't return them there, you have to drive to a locker which is 4 mins (by car) away to pick them up/bring them back

That our pool was closed til the next season. But there was other pool just close by.
