Sea Marina Rubicon

The villa was very good with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table, 2 bedrooms plus balcony. The pool was very nice even though not big but enough for a short swim but did not have heated as it was lovely and cool to get into.

Marcia our host was attentive before during and after our stay ensuring our needs were met without being too intrusive. The villa was in good order and the location is central and close to all amenities.

Fantastic location. 2 minute walk to Rubicon commercial shopping arcade as well as marina etc. 5 mins in a taxi to port area in Playa Blanca. Lovely accommodation. It was great having a private pool, which was a decent size.

The villa is lovely - very well equipped and clean with everything we needed. My husband worked for some of the time and the internet was excellent and reliable. My only suggestion is to have a sturdier table outside as the wooden legs easily collapse if you catch them accidentally. We enquired about the lack of a safe and they kindly installed one! Great position in the Marina. Shower rooms are beautiful- very small wardrobe in the double but plenty of space in the twin room.

Brilliant interior with all mod cons and lovely patio area by the pool. En-suite shower rooms for both bedrooms was a real bonus. The location was a 5 min walk from Rubicon marina with lots of restaurants.

We spent 15 days in the villa it is in a fantastic location and Marcia was a fantastic host friendly and proactive in rectifying a couple of issues we had. We made the most of our stay but money is needing spent on the villa to make it more comfortable particularly the kitchen flooring the grout is mouldy and unsightly and the floor tiles need replacing. It was explained there had been some flooding effecting areas of the kitchen wall/Hall so damaged plaster which would be repaired but it wasn’t whilst we were there. I actually bought covers to cover the chair as it was really grubby and needs a deep clean . There is no pool cover so the pool gets very dirty quickly as previously mentioned by other visitor reviews we had 2 pool cleans whilst there, they very close together so most of the time it was dirty. The Villa has the potential to be fantastic but it’s needing TLC and money spent on it there has been money spent on updating the 2 en-suites which are lovely . The villa is basic in furnishings ie no curtains only nets, no side tables or lamps in the lounge just a main light. You are in full view to the neighbours from the kitchen as both windows face each other and there are no blinds . Overall not great value for money disappointing.
