Property had a fully functioning kitchen to allow cooking which was great. Fridge/freezer was very clean and very efficient and was a full size which would help for stocking the fridge upon arrival. The views were wonderful however very little sun was on the balcony and while we visited in February and the weather was meant to be quite cool we had brilliant weather but couldn’t sit on the balcony as it is in the shade with some breeze. The heated pool was lovely - however shame about the rest of the facilities being closed. The size of the TV was great as it as a decent size for us to watch movies. I liked the security and cleanliness of the complex - outstanding and very well maintained.

To be improved

The double bed was far too hard and uncomfortable and I found it let the beautiful apartment down. The lack of pillows was also a let down. 1 soft pillow per bed and no extras meant I needed to use the hard ones from the living room sofa as a pillow so meant I didn’t get much sleep. Sofa in the sitting room needs some maintenance from the squeaking as it was quite annoying. Pools/children’s pool/cafe all not open when we came as maintenance was happening but no word from host over this. We only found this out the day after we arrived- very disappointing as I had booked upon what was advertised and would have booked elsewhere if I had known the children’s slides weren’t open. Misleading from the host on this occasion. 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 - good job we left some for the next residents. I appreciate it’s self catering but simple things like this show a lot. My youngest son lost his wrist band along with his expensive Garmin watch in the complex and all the host was interested in was that the band was lost. Charged us 35euros for a child’s band while never asking us if we had any luck finding our son’s £95 watch.

The property had everything we needed we will definitely return next year, Joanna was was a helpful hosts who was there to answer any of our questions.
