SEA SENSES - Punta Prima - VISTA AL MAR

The air con isn't fit for purpose hardly working especially in the bedrooms made for an uncomfortable night's sleep , The kitchen is well equipped with space and appliances, the fridge door needs altering to open the other way and the pots and pans are very tired

The rental agent double booked the property, which meant the owners arrived in one day while my daughter was napping and I was lying on the couch. It was super embarrassing and honestly a little scary at first. We finally realised want the issue was and the rental agency looked after the owners (meaning we could stay) but the owners did have to come back again to pick up stuff. So we had to deal with that 2 out of our 5 days stay.

It was advertised as an apartment with two bathrooms, however the letting agents omitted to inform us that one of the shower screens (in the main bathroom) was broken and the shower was unusable. Which meant 4 adults had to share the shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom (which was not ideal and very inconvenient). We made contact with the lettings company, to be advised that a technician would come, but when we chased (when no one arrived) we were told that the previous clients had damaged the screen and it was on order! No technician was actually coming! You were only left one bath towel and a small hand towel each, for the whole duration of your stay. It would have been better if there was a small supply of towels available to use, especially if you are there for a length of time. There were no instructions left within the apartment, for example how to use the air conditioning and alter the temperature of the apartment or for any of the electrial items in the kitchen. It would be beneficial if there were written instructions for visitors to refer to. We also found the letting agents very un-helpful with issues (key entry fob that didn't work and a broken complex/resident band - on top of the shower issue previously mentioned). Their after care is terrible, which is a shame as we paid a lot of money for this apartment and their lack of customer service have let this property down, hense why we have down-graded our ratings We are yet to receive our key deposit back, 9 days after our return.
