Location on a busy road and restaurant directly opposite and a pub at the rear which was noisy to say the least couldn’t open windows because of noise not disable friendly tiles outside broken on floor and two lots of stairs to climb Front door difficult to open handle on sliding door broken and key box outside difficult to open even cleaners has trouble
