Sea view villa San Agustin vista Claveles

Second double bed was two singles with mechanical mobility assistance. Bathrooms a little dated and a walk into town. Parking was also a bit tricky.

WORST EXPERIENCE 2 cctv cameras covering all outside area including pool ,sun lounges ,outside dining area and jacuzzi and we were NOT notified when checking in about cameras in private areas, in listing it said cctv outside property , we decided not to challenge it with booking.com or owner as did not what to ruin our holiday anymore than we felt it was ruined, we decided to cover cameras with towels sometimes the towels would blow off and we didn’t realise for a while as our children were playing in the pool or we were having dinner outside so felt very uneasy most of the time we were very aware that the cameras could hear all our conversations .Also there are steps along the side of the villa used to access several other homes with people walking up and down and can see the whole outside area of the villa.The lady that checked us in that we assume is part owner lives at the top of these steps and often looked in ,even one day as we where in the pool and sunbathing she told us to turn off an outside light we didn’t realise we left on this made us feel even more uneasy as we felt we couldn’t relax at anytime .In the pictures on booking you can clearly see a hot tub when we arrived we where told this was not for our use which was very misleading.when we were checking out we raised this issue of the cameras with the owner and we were very surprised to hear her say she has never had any complaints about this we were shocked at this especially families with young children not knowing who has access to view the footage we found it a total invasion of privacy.she said she was sorry we were not happy and we could have covered the cameras if we wanted to , although that is what we did having to climb a ladder trying to cover two cameras with towels many times is not something we were expecting to do nor should we have to on our holidays.

Nothing really to complain about. It would have been good to have had air con in the small bedroom but we had a super fan which was fine for my son.
