Sea Views Benidorm Beach

No air con in one of the bedrooms. Even with the door left open the air con from the living room didn't cool the room down enough. These next 2 might sound petty but there was not enough toilet paper for 4 people for a week and not enough bin bags. We obviously bought our own but everywhere else we've stayed they've always provided these things. I'm sure if we'd asked they probably would have given us extra, however I don't think you should have to ask.

Needs a bit updating , there was no sun loungers on the balcony .

Many hazards. Wires across doorways, water was so hot at certain times of the day which could easily scald you, the environment was very dusty. There are no mirrors in the second bedroom and the blinds did little to keep light out. The terrace door was almost impossible to open, extremely stiff. There were stains all over the cushions on the sofa and only one toilet roll provided for 4 people for 5 nights. The TV was not a smart tv so unable to watch anything other than local television. Mirror in the main bedroom was cracked and the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. There is a high step in/out of shower so anyone with mobility issues may struggle/ slip. Many of the cups were chipped.

For our 4 days there, just 1 Toilet roll.
