Sea Views Gran Alacant

Because we’d paid for it, we thought we had to stay but only lasted 15 of the 19 days. There were lots of minor things that were wrong and could have been fixed but the few worse things we mentioned didn’t get sorted. It says 650 metres to the beach but that was impossible as it was 2.5 km and was situated high up, I would have thought that as it was so hilly it would have been mentioned.

tried several times over the course of a couple of weeks to contact the owner and only got a reply the evening before we were due to leave England and then had to phone someone in Spain to arrange to meet for keys, at the property there was no teatowel, no proper pillows, toilet seat was loose, bedside lamp didn't work and no instructions on how to use kitchen equipment or local information, finally, no comunication about leaving the keys untill we had already left, noting that we needed the gate fob to exit car park therefore would be unable to re-enter to leave keys in property.
