“Lovely spacious apartment”

The best

Early check in was great as we had an early flight & also also a slightly later check out as there is nowhere to leave your luggage with the apartment being located in a residential block. Location was ok though up a steep hill which didn't bother us as we are mobile & also used taxis home. Approx 10 mins from the beach. Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace on the 3rd floor but it was too hot we couldn't use it! Loved the en suite & also the separate toilet on the ground floor.

To be improved

Trying to get charged 77 euros for a dirty sink a few days after we were home! Not sure which sink it was as we had 3 but we did not leave a mess. There was a dead cockroach in the living room when we arrived with a few ants around it, it was clear the apartment hadn't been cleaned that morning but we didn't mention anything as we were pleased with an early check in & the apartment was clean everywhere else.

To be improved

Unfortunately there were 3 dogs next door that started barking very early every morning. The back of the property overlooked derelict buildings, but the view beyond is gorgeous.

Spacious property with a well fitted kitchen. Good quality internal furniture and bed linen. Safe environment. Helpful host.

To be improved

The view from the property is of 3 large run down empty apartment blocks and a rubbish tip. Pool and pool area was not available, the booking said there was an outdoor pool available. Outside furniture was poor quality. There were missing seat cushions on rooftop terrace sofa, replacements arrived 1 week before the end of our month stay. Very noisy. Could hear next door coughing and hovering at 7am every morning. Big dog next door that barked a lot. Booked for a month, no spare bedding or towels, no kitchen tea towels, had to request and was told would not be provided, but did deliver within 48 hours.

“Superb”

The best

It was clean and spacious. Basic equipment in place. Beds rather hard but surprisingly comfortable.

To be improved

When declaring a late arrival (e.g. 22:00) an automatic notification from booking is sent that this may cause a problem. This is an unnecessary miscommunication as you can easily agree with the agency how to get in to the apartment.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking that was a cool surprise. The parking place was available from time to time. But there is plenty of space in the adjacent street. The apartment was clean and ready for guests. From the 1st floor the vibes are great. There are few abandoned buildings around but the general vibe of the sea is available. ComoTuCasa es mejor que MiCasa. XD
