The booking with deposit, it is not normal and makes the simple things complicated , no trust on the customers! It takes a month to get the deposit released!

“Great stay, shame about the weather.”

Superb location, no more than 25 yards to the beach and close to lots of restaurants.

To be improved

There was no drawer or shelf space to put our clothes other than about 8 hangers on open rails. When we stayed the weather was particularly cool and we could have done with more than one oil filled radiator which was in the main bedroom. The lounge was always cold. The front door key was difficult to use due to the lock being very ancient and the key to the sun terrace was broken. Half of it was in the lock but we could open the door with some difficulty.

First off the location is simply fantastic, near cafes/restaurants and right on the beach with playgrounds nearby. Staff were communicative and helpful (and English and Spanish speaking) and the home is spacious, well equipped and modern enough.

The location. Main street in el palo an easy walk. Busus into malaga from the main street. Right on the beach although we didn't use it as there during the storms. Good range of restaurants and bars in the area. Good local shops on main street about 10 minutes walk away. More spanish than foreign tourists in the area which is what we wanted as son learning spanish.

To be improved

Noise from early deliveries to nearby restaurants that happened outside. But this is to be expected at this location. Didn't realise the sun terrace was overlooked by neighbour. Hard to get a taxi from the main bus station to accommodstion on a sunday afternoon, taxi didn't go to accommodation and we had to walk about 10 minutes along the promenade which was fine. Also we didn't get the message to leave the keys inside the accommodation until we had left.
